Core specification

This gaming desktop pairs a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D processor with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080 graphics card. It ships with 32GB of DDR5 memory and a 1TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe SSD. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed on a liquid-cooled tower platform.

Ideal use and limits

The system suits creators and enthusiasts who need high multi-threaded performance and modern GPU compute in a ready-built chassis. Buyers who require more than 1TB of primary storage or additional internal drive bays beyond the four provided should look elsewhere. The fixed memory configuration may not fit workflows demanding 64GB or more at purchase.

Deciding specification

The 16-core Ryzen 9 9950X3D CPU delivers up to 5.70 GHz boost clocks with 128 MB of L3 cache. This core count and cache combination determines suitability for heavy compilation, rendering and simulation workloads that scale across many threads.

Questions about this item

How loud is the 360 mm liquid cooler and 140 mm PSU fan when the Ryzen 9 9950X3D runs at full load all day?

The CPU uses a 360 mm Quiet Edition AIO and the Thermaltake Toughpower 1000W Gold unit has a 140 mm low-noise fan, so acoustic output stays low even during sustained heavy workloads.

Which display cables and monitor inputs do I need to use the RTX 5080 16 GB straight away?

The graphics card provides standard DisplayPort and HDMI outputs; connect a compatible cable to a monitor that accepts one of those interfaces and the system will drive it immediately.

Can I keep my existing SATA SSDs or hard drives and add them inside the Antec P20 case?

Yes, the motherboard offers four SATA 6 Gb/s ports and the case includes two 3.5"/2.5" internal bays plus two dedicated 2.5" slots for additional drives.
