Workstation CPU for engineering

The Adamant Custom desktop pairs a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X processor with 32GB of DDR5 memory and a Radeon PRO W7700 graphics card carrying 16GB of VRAM. Liquid cooling keeps the CPU stable during extended compute workloads. The system ships with Windows 11 Pro installed and is configured for SolidWorks, CAD, CAM and CAE modelling tasks.

Professional GPU and fast storage

The Radeon PRO W7700 adds certified drivers and 16GB VRAM for large assemblies and simulation visualisation. A 2TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe drive delivers read speeds up to 7450 MB/s and write speeds up to 6900 MB/s for active project files. A 10TB hard drive with 256MB cache provides bulk capacity for archives and data sets.

Memory headroom and expandability

Four memory slots support up to 192GB of DDR5, allowing future upgrades for heavier simulations. The 850W 80 PLUS Bronze power supply offers overhead for additional drives or expansion cards. Builders needing more than 10TB of spinning storage or a second workstation GPU will need a different platform.

Questions about this item

Will the 360 mm liquid cooler need coolant replacement or pump service during the life of this PC?

The 360 mm Quiet Edition liquid cooler is a sealed AIO unit; no coolant top-up or pump maintenance is required under normal use.

What component hits its limit first when the 16-core Ryzen 9 9950X runs at 5.70 GHz across all cores for hours?

The CPU’s own thermal ceiling is reached first; the 360 mm AIO and 850 W PSU are rated to handle the sustained load without throttling.

How loud and how hot does the system get when the Radeon PRO W7700 and 16-core CPU run flat-out all day?

The 360 mm liquid cooler and case fans keep the CPU near its thermal target while the PSU’s 140 mm fan stays ultra-quiet; exhaust air warms but remains within normal workstation limits.
