Purpose-built workstation

This desktop pairs a 20-core Intel Core Ultra 7 265K processor with 64 GB of DDR5 memory and a GeForce RTX 5060 graphics card. The combination targets creators and professionals who need strong multi-threaded compute alongside hardware-accelerated rendering in a single chassis.

Storage interface ceiling

The boot drive is a 4 TB Samsung 990 PRO connected through a PCIe 4.0 x4 M.2 slot, delivering sequential reads up to 7450 MB/s and writes up to 6900 MB/s. Any future NVMe upgrade will be limited to the PCIe 4.0 bandwidth provided by the Z890 chipset.

Graphics memory constraint

The RTX 5060 ships with 8 GB of video memory, which caps texture resolution and frame-buffer capacity in modern titles and GPU-accelerated applications. Buyers who need more VRAM for 4K gaming or large 3D scenes must select a different graphics card.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 4 TB NVMe or the 10 TB HDD for my main games and apps?

The 4 TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe drive reaches 7450 MB/s read and 6900 MB/s write, so install the OS and active titles there for the fastest load times; use the 10 TB HDD with 256 MB cache for bulk media and backups.

What does the 20-core Intel Core Ultra 7 265K at 3.7 GHz deliver in this desktop?

The 20-core CPU boosts to 5.50 GHz with 30 MB L3 cache, giving strong multi-threaded performance for gaming, streaming and content creation while the 240 mm liquid cooler keeps thermals in check.

Which Wi-Fi standard does the Z890 TUF motherboard support and what speed ceiling does it impose?

The board includes Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) 2x2 and Bluetooth 5.4, so wireless throughput is capped by the Wi-Fi 7 implementation rather than older standards.
