A 24-core i9-14900K desktop with 128GB DDR5, 2TB NVMe SSD, 10TB HDD and RTX 5060 graphics for gaming and creative workloads
This desktop combines a 24-core Intel Core i9-14900K processor with 128GB of DDR5 memory and a GeForce RTX 5060 graphics card. It targets creators and engineers who need strong multi-threaded performance for rendering, modelling or AI workloads alongside gaming capability. The 2TB NVMe drive and 10TB hard drive provide fast primary storage and deep archival capacity in one chassis.
The Corsair 4000D case uses tempered glass panels and offers front-panel USB 3.2 Type-C, two USB 3.2 Gen1 ports and a combo audio jack. Rear I/O adds a second USB Type-C, USB 3.2 Gen 2, four USB 2.0 ports, Intel 2.5Gb Ethernet, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2. Internally the Z790 motherboard exposes three M.2 slots, four SATA ports and mid-board headers for additional front-panel USB Type-C and USB 3.2 Gen1 connections. A Thermaltake 850W 80 PLUS Bronze unit with Japanese main capacitors powers the build.
A 360mm quiet-edition liquid cooler handles the CPU while the power supply uses a 140mm fan rated for low noise. In typical mixed workloads the liquid loop keeps core temperatures stable and the PSU fan remains subdued. The 850W Bronze-rated supply delivers headroom for the 24-core processor and RTX 5060 without running near its limits, so fan speeds stay low during extended sessions.

Yes, the board provides three M.2 connectors and the 2 TB Samsung 990 PRO is a PCIe 4.0 x4 drive, so it operates at its rated 7 450 MB/s read and 6 900 MB/s write speeds.
The case fits a 360 mm radiator in the front and has two internal 3.5" bays, so the 10 TB drive and the liquid cooler can be installed simultaneously.
Populate all four slots with the matched 32 GB modules; the common error is mixing kits or leaving a slot empty, which can prevent the system from training at the rated DDR5 speed.
