24-Core Workstation Ready

The Adamant Custom desktop pairs a 24-core Intel Core i9-14900K with 192GB of DDR5 memory and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080 16GB GPU. A 2TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe drive and a 10TB HDD provide fast boot and deep archive storage. Liquid cooling and a 1000W 80 PLUS Gold PSU support sustained heavy workloads.

Upgrade From Thread-Limited Rigs

Builders moving from 8-core or 16-thread systems gain 32 threads and up to 6.00 GHz boost clocks for parallel rendering, modelling and AI training. The jump is worth it when timeline exports, simulation frames or large dataset preprocessing saturate lesser core counts. The Z790 AORUS motherboard and 360 mm AIO keep the CPU stable under continuous load.

192GB Headroom And Dual-Drive Capacity

The 192GB DDR5 ceiling handles massive scene files, multi-GPU style compute batches and in-memory databases without paging. The 2TB NVMe delivers up to 7450 MB/s reads for active project scratch, while the 10TB HDD with 256MB cache stores raw footage and model checkpoints. Storage runs out only when archival needs exceed ten terabytes.

Questions about this item

What are the case dimensions and motherboard form factor for this build?

The Cooler Master HAF 500 case measures 508 mm deep, 203 mm wide and 508 mm high and houses an ATX motherboard.

How is the CPU cooler installed and what step is often missed?

The 360 mm AIO mounts to the case with its radiator and fans; the step people miss is removing the protective film from the cold-plate before seating it on the LGA 1700 socket.

Which storage drives may need replacement first and what are their capacities?

The 2 TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe SSD and the 10 TB HDD are the two drives; mechanical drives typically wear sooner, so the 10 TB HDD is the most likely candidate for future replacement.
