What this system is

The Adamant Custom desktop is a tower workstation built around a 24-core Intel Core i9-14900K processor and 192GB of DDR5 memory. Liquid cooling handles the CPU thermal load while Windows 11 Pro runs on an 8TB NVMe array. It is aimed at users who need high core counts and large memory capacity in a single pre-built chassis.

The specification that decides fit

The system relies on Intel integrated graphics delivered through HDMI and DisplayPort outputs on the Z790 TUF motherboard. No discrete graphics card is installed, so the machine suits compute-heavy workloads, multi-monitor productivity or server-style tasks rather than 3D rendering or gaming that requires dedicated GPU acceleration.

Capacity and headroom

192GB of DDR5 fills all four memory slots and matches the platform maximum, leaving no room for future RAM upgrades. The 8TB NVMe storage uses two 4TB Samsung 990 PRO drives rated for 7450 MB/s read and 6900 MB/s write, providing substantial high-speed capacity for large projects. The 850W 80 PLUS Bronze power supply supports the current configuration with limited overhead for power-hungry add-in cards.

Questions about this item

How does the 24-core i9-14900K perform once it is inside this liquid-cooled tower?

The 360 mm liquid cooler keeps the 24-core i9-14900K at sustainable clocks so the 32 threads can handle heavy multitasking and content creation without thermal throttling.

What does the PCIe 4.0 x4 interface mean for the two 4 TB Samsung 990 PRO drives in daily use?

The PCIe 4.0 x4 link lets each drive reach up to 7450 MB/s read and 6900 MB/s write, so large project files and game assets load at near-peak NVMe speeds.

Will the Antec P20 mid-tower case fit on a standard desk and accept future upgrades?

The case measures 469 x 220 x 490 mm, supports E-ATX motherboards, and has two 3.5"/2.5" plus two 2.5" internal bays for additional storage.
