Built for SolidWorks and CAE workloads

This desktop pairs a 24-core Intel Core Ultra 9 285K with 128GB DDR5 and an Nvidia RTX PRO 2000 Blackwell 16GB GPU. It targets engineers and designers who need certified drivers and large memory capacity for modelling, simulation and rendering tasks.

Sustained load behaviour

A 360mm liquid cooler keeps the CPU near its 5.70 GHz boost during long solves, while the Thermaltake 850W 80 PLUS Bronze PSU delivers stable power. The Corsair 4000D chassis moves air through a 140mm fan, so temperatures stay controlled across extended rendering queues.

Deciding specification

The 128GB DDR5 installed across four slots leaves room to reach the 192 GB maximum if your datasets grow. If your current projects fit in 64GB, this configuration provides headroom; if they already exceed 128GB, you will need to populate the remaining slots immediately.

Questions about this item

How loud and hot does the 360mm liquid cooler keep the 24-core Ultra 9 285K during all-day workloads?

The 360mm Quiet Edition AIO is designed for low-noise operation while handling the 24-core processor, and the 140mm PSU fan also runs quietly under load.

Which display cables and monitors must I already own to use the RTX PRO 2000 Blackwell 16GB?

The RTX PRO 2000 Blackwell 16GB requires monitors with compatible DisplayPort or HDMI inputs and the matching cables, which are not included with the system.

Can I keep my existing SATA SSDs or hard drives and add them alongside the 4TB NVMe and 10TB HDD?

Yes, the motherboard provides four SATA 6Gb/s ports supporting RAID 0, 1, 5, 10, and the case has two 3.5-inch and two 2.5-inch internal bays for extra drives.
