Workstation core count

The system is built around a 24-core Intel Core Ultra 9 285K processor that reaches 5.70 GHz and includes 36 MB of L3 cache. It targets professionals who need sustained multi-threaded throughput for rendering, modelling or AI learning workloads.

Motherboard memory ceiling

The Gigabyte Z890M AORUS board provides four DDR5 slots and supports up to 192 GB total, so the installed 128 GB kit leaves two slots free for future expansion. Verify that any additional modules match the existing DDR5 specification before ordering.

Liquid cooling and power headroom

A 360 mm quiet-edition AIO handles the CPU while a 1200 W 80 PLUS Gold supply with Japanese main capacitors delivers stable power to the RTX 5090 32 GB card. Front 140 mm PWM fans and the liquid loop keep temperatures low and acoustic output subdued during extended compute sessions.

Questions about this item

What comes inside the case and which major parts will I need to add myself?

The tower arrives with a 24-core Intel Core Ultra 9 285K, 128GB DDR5, 1TB Samsung 990 PRO SSD, 10TB HDD, GeForce RTX 5090 32GB, 360mm liquid cooler, 1200W 80 PLUS Gold PSU, Windows 11 Pro, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth5.4. No extra core components are required.

The listing shows 128GB DDR5 across four slots with a 192GB ceiling — should I start with this kit or order a larger one?

128GB DDR5 fills all four slots on the Z890M AORUS board. The platform supports up to 192GB, so the only way to add more later is to replace the installed modules. If you anticipate needing the maximum, order the larger kit now.

In a real build, what does the 5.70 GHz peak clock on the 285K actually deliver?

The 24-core Ultra 9 285K hits 5.70 GHz on its fastest cores under light-threaded loads, while the 360mm liquid cooler keeps temperatures in check during sustained rendering, modelling or AI workloads.
