System identity

This Adamant Custom desktop is a 24-core liquid-cooled tower built around an Intel Core i9-14900K and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070. It targets creators and gamers who need high single-thread speed plus 12 GB of modern GPU memory in a ready-to-run Windows 11 Pro machine.

Deciding specification

The CPU delivers 24 cores and 32 threads with a maximum turbo of 6.00 GHz and 36 MB of L3 cache, while the graphics card provides 12 GB of video memory. Buyers who need more than 12 GB of VRAM for large 3D scenes or AI workloads should look at a different configuration.

Bundle impact

Two 4 TB Samsung 990 PRO PCIe 4.0x4 SSDs supply 8 TB of NVMe storage with sequential reads up to 7450 MB/s and writes up to 6900 MB/s. A 360 mm quiet-edition AIO cooler, Thermaltake Smart 850W 80 PLUS Bronze power supply, CoolerMaster HAF 500 case with ARGB fans, Gigabyte Z790 AORUS motherboard with Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2, and 32 GB of DDR5 memory complete the build.

Questions about this item

What does the 24-core i9-14900K actually deliver inside this tower?

The CPU runs 24 cores and 32 threads at a 3.2 GHz base with a 6.00 GHz maximum turbo, cooled by a 360 mm liquid loop so sustained multi-thread workloads stay at high clocks without thermal throttling.

Which storage interface caps the Samsung 990 PRO drives and what throughput results?

Each 4 TB drive connects via PCIe 4.0 x4 through the Z790 chipset M.2 slots, giving sequential reads up to 7450 MB/sec and writes up to 6900 MB/sec.

What physical space and mounting points does the Cooler Master HAF 500 case provide for extra drives?

The chassis measures 508 x 203 x 508 mm and includes two internal 3.5-inch bays plus two 2.5-inch bays, with front 200 mm ARGB fans and a rear 120 mm ARGB fan already installed.
