24-Core Liquid-Cooled Workstation

This desktop pairs a 24-core Intel Core Ultra 9 285K processor with a 360mm liquid cooler and 32GB of DDR5 memory inside a Corsair 4000D tower. It ships with Windows 11 Pro and an 850W 80 PLUS Bronze power supply.

Who This Suits And Who It Does Not

Content creators and engineers who need strong multi-threaded CPU performance plus GPU acceleration in a single chassis will find the configuration balanced. Buyers who want more storage than the two 4TB NVMe drives provide, or who require a second graphics card for multi-GPU workloads, should look at a different platform.

Storage Subsystem Decides Fit

The system includes two Samsung 990 PRO 4TB drives delivering up to 7450 MB/s reads and 6900 MB/s writes over PCIe 4.0 x4, giving 8TB of high-speed NVMe capacity. If that volume and speed match the project workload the build is ready to deploy.

Questions about this item

Will the Corsair 4000D case fit on a desk that is only 450 mm deep?

The case depth is 490 mm, so a 450 mm desk would be too shallow unless the front panel overhangs the edge.

Which motherboard power cables must be connected for the Intel Core Ultra 9 285K to boot?

The Z890 UD board needs both the 24-pin ATX and the 8-pin EPS CPU power cables from the 850 W PSU; missing the EPS connector is the most common reason the system will not post.

When should the liquid in the 360 mm AIO cooler be checked or replaced?

The sealed 360 mm Quiet Edition loop is maintenance-free for the life of the cooler; only clean the radiator fins and fans if dust builds up.
