Custom Gaming Desktop

This custom gaming desktop ships new with an 8-core AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor at 4.7 GHz and 64 GB of DDR5 memory. It targets enthusiasts who want a liquid-cooled tower ready for demanding workloads and high-refresh gaming without a discrete graphics card. The system includes Windows 11 Pro and a 240 mm quiet-edition AIO cooler for sustained CPU performance.

Storage Capacity and Headroom

A 1 TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe drive delivers read speeds up to 7450 MB/s and write speeds up to 6900 MB/s for the operating system and active projects. A 10 TB hard drive with 256 MB cache provides bulk capacity for media libraries and backups. The motherboard offers four M.2 slots, so additional NVMe drives can be added when the primary SSD fills.

Build Quality and Daily Connectivity

The Corsair 4000D tempered-glass chassis houses a Thermaltake Smart 850 W 80 PLUS Bronze power supply with a 140 mm low-noise fan and Japanese main capacitors. Rear I/O includes two USB4 ports at 40 Gbps, one USB 10 Gbps port, three USB 5 Gbps ports, four USB 2.0 ports, HDMI, Intel 2.5 Gb Ethernet, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. Front panel adds a USB 3.2 Type-C port and audio combo jack. Buyers who need discrete GPU performance or more than 192 GB of memory should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the motherboard accept my current DDR5 modules alongside the 64GB already installed?

The board provides four DDR5 slots and supports up to 192GB total, so additional DDR5 kits can be added if they match the installed speed and voltage.

How can I verify the liquid cooler is running correctly after I power on the system?

In the BIOS or monitoring software the pump should report a steady RPM and the CPU temperature should stay well below its thermal limit under load.

Which accessories ship with the PC and what must I provide myself?

The tower includes the Corsair 4000D case, 850W PSU, X870 motherboard, 240mm AIO cooler, 64GB DDR5, 1TB Samsung 990 PRO SSD, 10TB HDD, Windows 11 Pro, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4; you will need a monitor, keyboard and mouse.
