System identity

The Adamant Custom gaming desktop combines an 8-core AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080 16GB graphics card, 64GB DDR5 memory and a 4TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe SSD. A 240mm liquid cooler and a 1200W 80 PLUS Gold power supply support sustained workloads in a mid-tower case.

Buyer fit

This PC suits creators and gamers who need high single-thread performance, large video memory and fast PCIe 4.0 storage out of the box. Buyers who require more than 64GB of memory, additional drive bays beyond the four M.2 slots, or a chassis smaller than 469mm deep should consider other configurations.

Deciding specification

The Samsung 990 PRO 4TB NVMe drive delivers sequential reads up to 7450 MB/s and writes up to 6900 MB/s, setting the pace for game loads, asset streaming and project saves. Verify that your workflow can use this bandwidth before committing.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the Ryzen 7 9800X3D is reaching its 5.20 GHz boost after setup?

Open Task Manager's Performance tab or a tool like HWMonitor while running a heavy load; the CPU frequency should show speeds up to 5.20 GHz on the 8-core 9800X3D with its 96 MB L3 cache.

What comes in the box and what must I buy separately for the Antec P20 mid-tower build?

The system ships fully assembled with the PRIME X870-P motherboard, 64 GB DDR5, 4 TB Samsung 990 PRO SSD, RTX 5080 16 GB, 240 mm liquid cooler, 1200 W Gold PSU, Windows 11 Pro and three front 120 mm fans; only a monitor, keyboard and mouse are needed.

Which SSD capacity should I choose between the 4 TB Samsung 990 PRO and a larger drive?

The included 4 TB 990 PRO delivers up to 7450 MB/s read and 6900 MB/s write over PCIe 4.0 x4; if your media library or project files exceed that space, add a secondary SATA or M.2 drive using the board's four M.2 slots.
