24-Core Workstation for Rendering and AI

This desktop pairs a 24-core Intel Core Ultra 9 285K with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 32GB GPU and 64GB DDR5 memory. It targets professionals who need sustained compute for rendering, modelling and AI learning workloads. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed on a 2TB NVMe SSD. The system ships in a black mid-tower case with liquid CPU cooling.

Liquid Cooling Handles Sustained 24-Core Loads

A 360mm quiet-edition AIO keeps the CPU near its 5.70 GHz boost clock during long render or training sessions without the noise spikes typical of air coolers. The 1200W 80 PLUS Gold PSU delivers stable power to both the 24-core processor and the RTX 5090 under continuous full utilisation. Case airflow uses 140mm fans rated at 30dBA to move heat away from the radiator and GPU.

PCIe 4.0 NVMe and Wi-Fi 7 Define Current I/O

The included Samsung 990 PRO SSD reaches 7450 MB/s read and 6900 MB/s write, which is the practical limit of the PCIe 4.0x4 interface on the Z890 motherboard. Rear I/O provides one Thunderbolt 4 Type-C port, one USB 20Gbps Type-C, three USB 10Gbps and three USB 5Gbps ports. Wireless connectivity tops out at Wi-Fi 7 2x2 (802.11be) with Bluetooth 5.4.

Questions about this item

How loud is the 360 mm liquid cooler and the 140 mm case fans when the system runs all day?

The CPU uses a 360 mm Quiet Edition AIO. Front and rear 140 mm fans spin at 1500 rpm and are rated at 30 dBA each, so sustained load stays relatively quiet.

Which peripherals or cables are not included and must be supplied by the buyer?

The PC ships with Windows 11 Pro, a 1200 W 80 PLUS Gold PSU, Wi‑Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 built in. You only need to add a monitor, keyboard and mouse.

Can I keep my current SATA SSDs or hard drives and install them in this chassis?

Yes. The motherboard provides four SATA 6 Gb/s ports and the Ceres 300 case has bays for one 3.5 inch or two 2.5 inch drives, so existing SATA storage fits directly.
