Liquid-Cooled Workstation

This desktop pairs a 14-core Intel Core Ultra 5 245K processor with a 240 mm AIO liquid cooler, 128 GB of DDR5 memory and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080 graphics card. It ships with Windows 11 Pro and targets professionals who need high multi-threaded compute and GPU acceleration in a single mid-tower chassis.

PCIe 4.0 Storage Interface

The two 4 TB Samsung 990 PRO SSDs connect through PCIe 4.0 x4 M.2 slots, delivering sequential reads up to 7 450 MB/s and writes up to 6 900 MB/s. That bandwidth caps sustained throughput for large media files, while the 10 TB hard drive remains limited to SATA 6 Gb/s speeds for bulk archives.

Memory and Storage Headroom

Four DIMM slots hold 128 GB of DDR5 today and support up to 192 GB total, giving ample room for large datasets or virtual machines. The 8 TB NVMe array handles active projects comfortably, though the 10 TB mechanical drive will fill first when storing long-term raw footage or backups.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 128GB DDR5 configuration or upgrade to the 192GB maximum?

The system ships with 128GB DDR5 across four slots; the Z890 motherboard supports up to 192GB, so you only need to add modules later if workloads demand more capacity.

What does the 5.20 GHz boost clock mean for daily performance?

The Intel Core Ultra 5 245K can reach 5.20 GHz on its performance cores, giving snappy single-thread speed for gaming and responsive application launches.

How fast are the Samsung 990 PRO drives over PCIe 4.0x4?

Each 4TB drive delivers up to 7450 MB/s read and 6900 MB/s write, so large project files and game assets load in seconds.
