What This System Is

The Adamant Custom desktop is a liquid-cooled gaming PC built around an 8-core AMD Ryzen 7 9700X processor clocked at 3.8 GHz. It ships with 64 GB of DDR5 memory, a 1 TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe SSD and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics card with 16 GB of video memory. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed on the Corsair 4000D chassis.

Who This Suits

Creators and professionals who need strong multi-threaded CPU performance plus a modern GPU for 3D rendering, video editing or AI-assisted workloads will benefit from the 16-thread processor and 64 GB of RAM. Buyers who want more storage than a single 1 TB drive, require ECC memory support or need multiple graphics cards should consider other configurations.

The Deciding Specification

The motherboard provides four DDR5 slots with a maximum supported capacity of 192 GB, allowing future memory upgrades without replacing the board. The RTX 5070 Ti connects through a PCI Express x16 slot and the 850 W 80 PLUS Bronze power supply delivers power to the CPU and GPU via standard ATX connectors.

Questions about this item

Will my existing AM5 CPU cooler fit the Ryzen 7 9700X socket on this motherboard?

The system includes a 240mm AIO liquid cooler mounted on the PRIME X870-P motherboard AM5 socket, so no separate cooler is required.

Can I keep using my older SATA SSDs and hard drives with this desktop?

Yes, the motherboard provides two SATA 6Gb/s ports and the Corsair 4000D case includes two internal 3.5-inch drive bays for legacy storage.

How can I verify the Samsung 990 PRO SSD is running at PCIe 4.0 speeds after setup?

In Windows 11 Pro, open Task Manager > Performance > Disk and confirm the read speed approaches 7450 MB/s and write speed approaches 6900 MB/s during heavy transfers.
