System overview

This Adamant Custom gaming desktop ships new with an AMD Ryzen 7 9700X processor, Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080 graphics and 64 GB of DDR5 memory. A 2 TB NVMe SSD provides the primary storage. The system runs Windows 11 Pro and uses liquid cooling for the CPU.

Build integration

The Corsair 4000D chassis offers internal bays for two 3.5-inch and two 2.5-inch drives, leaving room for additional storage. The motherboard includes four M.2 connectors and four memory slots, supporting up to 192 GB total. A 1000 W 80 PLUS Gold power supply delivers power to all components.

Buyer fit

This workstation suits professionals who need AI-ready compute, high-resolution rendering or heavy multitasking in a single system. Buyers who want more storage bays than the case provides, or who prefer air cooling over a 240 mm liquid loop, should consider a different chassis configuration.

Questions about this item

Will the Ryzen 7 9700X hit its 5.50 GHz boost ceiling and throttle under an all-core load with the 240 mm liquid cooler?

The CPU is rated up to 5.50 GHz boost with 32 MB L3 cache; the 240 mm Quiet Edition AIO is designed to sustain that frequency during extended workloads without thermal throttling.

How loud is the 140 mm PSU fan and the AIO pump when the system runs continuously at full load?

The Thermaltake Toughpower 1000W 80 PLUS Gold unit uses an ultra-quiet 140 mm fan rated for low noise, and the 240 mm Quiet Edition AIO is built for minimal pump and fan sound under sustained operation.

Does the PRIME X870-P motherboard provide Wi-Fi 7 so I can connect wirelessly without an extra adapter?

Yes, the board includes integrated Wi-Fi 7 2x2 (802.11be) and Intel 2.5Gb Ethernet, so no separate wireless card is required.
