Custom Gaming Workstation

This Adamant Custom desktop is a liquid-cooled gaming workstation built around a 24-core Intel Core i9-14900K processor and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 graphics card with 12GB memory. It ships with 32GB DDR5 RAM, a 2TB NVMe SSD and a 10TB HDD inside a CoolerMaster HAF 500 case powered by an 850W 80 PLUS Bronze PSU.

Ideal For High-Thread Workloads

The system suits creators and engineers who need 24 cores and 32 threads for rendering, compilation or simulation alongside high-frame-rate gaming at 1440p or 4K. Buyers who need more than 32GB memory out of the box or who require multiple high-wattage GPUs should look at a different platform.

24-Core 14900K Processor

The single specification that decides fit is the Intel Core i9-14900K CPU with 24 cores, 32 threads and a 6.00 GHz maximum turbo frequency. This determines the LGA 1700 socket, Z790 chipset, DDR5 memory support up to 192 GB and the cooling headroom required for sustained heavy workloads.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 360 mm liquid cooler and what step is often missed?

Mount the 360 mm radiator to the case top or front using the included brackets, then connect the pump header to the CPU_FAN connector on the Z790 AORUS board so the BIOS can control speed.

What maintenance or replacement will the cooling and storage need later?

The closed-loop cooler needs no refill; plan to replace the thermal paste between the i9-14900K and cold plate every few years, and monitor the 10 TB HDD SMART data for reallocated sectors.

What limit appears first during sustained all-core workloads?

The 850 W Bronze PSU will hit its continuous power ceiling before the 360 mm radiator or the RTX 5070 12 GB GPU reaches thermal throttle.
