Custom Liquid-Cooled Gaming Desktop

The Adamant Custom gaming desktop pairs a 6-core AMD Ryzen 5 9600X processor with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 graphics card. 32GB of DDR5 memory and a 2TB NVMe SSD provide fast capacity for modern titles. A 240mm liquid cooler keeps the CPU thermal envelope in check. Windows 11 Pro ships pre-installed on the Corsair 4000D chassis.

Target Audience and Limitations

This system suits players who want high-frame-rate 4K gaming and creators who need GPU acceleration for rendering workloads. The four memory slots allow expansion up to 192GB for heavier multitasking. Buyers who require multiple graphics cards or more than two internal 3.5-inch drive bays should consider a larger chassis.

Deciding Specification — RTX 5090 32GB GPU

The GeForce RTX 5090 with 32GB of video memory is the single component that defines this build's capability ceiling. It determines the resolution, detail settings and compute throughput available in every supported application. If your workload does not demand that tier of graphics performance, a system with a lesser GPU will deliver better value per frame.

Questions about this item

How long will the 240 mm liquid cooler last before the pump or fluid needs replacing?

The 240 mm Quiet Edition AIO is a sealed unit with no user-serviceable parts; plan on replacing the whole cooler if pump noise or temperatures rise after several years.

What stops the RTX 5090 from running at full boost during long sessions?

The 1000 W 80 PLUS Gold PSU and the 240 mm CPU cooler share case airflow, so sustained GPU loads will hit the power limit or thermal ceiling first.

How loud does the 140 mm PSU fan get when the system runs all day?

The Thermaltake Toughpower 1000 W unit uses an ultra-quiet 140 mm fan designed for low noise even under continuous load.
