Custom Gaming Workstation

This Adamant Custom desktop pairs an eight-core AMD Ryzen 7 9700X processor with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080 graphics card. It ships with 64GB of DDR5 memory, a 2TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe drive and a 10TB hard drive. A 240mm liquid cooler and a 1000W 80 PLUS Gold power supply support the build inside a Corsair 4000D tempered-glass case. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed.

Step Up From Mid-Range Builds

The configuration replaces systems limited to six-core CPUs, 32GB of RAM or single-drive storage layouts. The jump is worth it when workloads need simultaneous high single-thread frequency, 16GB of video memory and multi-terabyte local capacity for assets, renders or large datasets. The X870 motherboard also provides USB4 ports at 40Gbps for fast external peripherals.

Suits Creators And High-End Gamers

Buyers who need eight fast cores, ample GPU memory and combined solid-state plus hard-drive space will use this machine daily. It is less suited for anyone who only runs light office applications or esports titles at 1080p, because the extra cores, VRAM and storage would sit idle. Teams requiring dual-GPU compute or more than 192GB of RAM should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the Corsair 4000D case dimensions of 490 x 239 x 486 mm fit my desk space?

The case measures 490 mm deep, 239 mm wide and 486 mm high, so verify your desk clearance against those figures before ordering.

Which specific step in the liquid cooler installation is most often missed?

The 240 mm AIO arrives pre-filled; the step builders forget is seating the pump block evenly on the Ryzen 7 9700X and tightening the four spring screws in a cross pattern.

When will the 1000 W 80 PLUS Gold PSU likely need replacement?

A quality 1000 W Gold unit typically runs 7 to 10 years; plan a swap once fan noise rises or voltages drift under load.
