Custom gaming desktop

This liquid-cooled desktop pairs an 8-core AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor with 128GB of DDR5 memory and a Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics card. It ships with Windows 11 Pro on a 1TB NVMe SSD. The system is built for creators and professionals who need high single-thread speed and large memory capacity in a single workstation.

240mm liquid CPU cooler and 850W Bronze PSU

The processor is cooled by a 240mm quiet-edition AIO water cooler designed for low noise under load. System power comes from an 850W 80 PLUS Bronze unit with a 140mm ultra-quiet fan and Japanese main capacitors. The case provides front-panel USB 3.2 Type-C and audio combo jack connectivity.

16GB GPU VRAM decides 4K and AI workload fit

The Radeon RX 9070 XT provides 16GB of video memory, which determines whether the machine can hold large textures, frames or model weights at 4K resolution. Buyers who need more VRAM for heavier inferencing or multi-monitor 4K arrays will find this ceiling limiting.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 240mm liquid CPU cooler on the AM5 motherboard, and which step is most often missed?

Mount the AM5 retention bracket first, then attach the pump block with the pre-applied thermal paste; the step most people skip is connecting the pump header and the 140mm radiator fan header to the motherboard so the cooler actually runs.

Which component will need replacement first under heavy workloads, and what is its rated capacity?

The Thermaltake Smart 850W 80 PLUS Bronze power supply is the first wear item; its main Japanese capacitor and 140mm fan are rated for long life, but the 850W unit will need replacement before the CPU or GPU.

What thermal limit appears first during sustained gaming on the Ryzen 7 9800X3D with this 240mm AIO?

The CPU hits its 5.20 GHz boost ceiling and the 96 MB L3 cache saturates before the 240mm radiator can dissipate the heat, so clock speeds throttle first.
