Built for gaming and media workloads

This desktop pairs an 8-core Ryzen 7 9800X3D with an RTX 5080 and 64GB DDR5, ready for high-refresh 1440p or 4K play and content creation. The 2TB NVMe drive holds a large library without a secondary drive. Windows 11 Pro ships pre-installed. Buyers who want more storage or a second GPU should look elsewhere.

The GPU that defines the build

The RTX 5080 brings 16GB VRAM on a PCI Express x16 link, the single spec that decides if this system fits a 4K workflow or high-framerate competitive title. The motherboard provides four memory slots with 192GB maximum support for future expansion. No other graphics option is included.

Liquid CPU cooling with a 1200W Gold PSU

A 240mm AIO handles the 9800X3D while two 140mm front fans move air through the tempered-glass case. The Thermaltake 1200W 80 PLUS Gold unit uses Japanese main capacitors and a quiet 140mm fan, delivering overhead for the GPU and CPU under sustained load. Noise stays low in typical sessions.

Questions about this item

What does the 4.7 GHz base clock on the Ryzen 7 9800X3D mean for everyday workloads?

The processor runs at 4.7 GHz on all eight cores out of the box and can boost to 5.20 GHz when thermal headroom allows, giving strong single-thread speed for gaming and responsive multi-thread throughput for content creation.

How does the PCI Express x16 link affect the RTX 5080 in this system?

The graphics card connects through a full x16 lane from the X870 chipset, so the GPU receives the maximum bandwidth the platform provides without sharing lanes with storage or USB controllers.

Will the 240 mm liquid cooler and motherboard fit in the supplied case?

Yes — the chassis measures 447 × 215 × 469 mm and is built around the ATX TUF X870-PLUS board with a front-mounted 240 mm radiator, so the cooler and motherboard are fully compatible.
