Ready-to-Game Desktop

This system ships with Windows 11 Pro installed and a liquid-cooled AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor. The 32 GB of DDR5 memory and GeForce RTX 5090 graphics card target enthusiasts who want high frame rates at 4K resolution. Buyers who need a compact chassis or integrated graphics should consider a different form factor.

Compatibility Checklist

Verify that your display supports the GPU outputs available on the RTX 5090. The motherboard provides USB4, 10 Gbps and 5 Gbps ports alongside 2.5 Gb Ethernet and Wi-Fi 7 wireless. Ensure your peripherals and network infrastructure can use these standards. The 1200 W power supply requires a grounded mains socket rated for the local voltage.

Sustained Load Behaviour

A 240 mm liquid cooler keeps the eight-core CPU near its 5.20 GHz boost clock during extended sessions. The Thermaltake 1200 W Gold unit delivers stable power with Japanese capacitors and a quiet 140 mm fan. The Samsung 990 PRO NVMe drive maintains sequential reads up to 7450 MB/s and writes up to 6900 MB/s without throttling. The 10 TB hard drive adds bulk storage for large libraries.

Questions about this item

Does the PC ship with the operating system already installed, or do I need to buy Windows separately?

Windows 11 Pro 64-bit comes pre-installed and activated, so no separate licence purchase is required.

Is the 32 GB of DDR5 memory the maximum this motherboard can take, or can I upgrade later?

The PRIME X870-P board has four slots and supports up to 192 GB, so you can add three more modules when needed.

What kind of real-world throughput can I expect from the 2 TB Samsung 990 PRO drive in this system?

Sequential reads reach 7450 MB/s and writes 6900 MB/s over the PCIe 4.0 x4 link, cutting game load times noticeably.
