16-Core Ryzen 9 9950X Desktop

This system pairs a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X running at 4.3GHz with 192GB of DDR5 memory and 8TB of NVMe storage. A 240mm liquid cooler handles CPU thermals inside a Fractal North tower case. Windows 11 Pro comes pre-installed.

Built for heavy multitasking and VR workflows

The 192GB memory ceiling and 8TB SSD suit creators running large datasets, virtual machines or simultaneous streams. Buyers who need more than 192GB of RAM or additional internal drive bays beyond the two 3.5-inch and two 2.5-inch slots should consider other platforms.

8TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe storage

Two 4TB Samsung 990 PRO drives deliver up to 7450 MB/s reads and 6900 MB/s writes over PCIe 4.0. This capacity and speed combination decides whether the workstation can hold active project libraries without external arrays.

Questions about this item

Will the Fractal North case dimensions of 447 x 215 x 469 mm fit my desk space?

The tower measures 447 mm deep, 215 mm wide and 469 mm high. Allow extra clearance for the front USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C port and the two 140 mm front fans.

How is the 240 mm liquid cooler mounted, and what step is often missed?

The AIO radiator attaches to the case with the supplied brackets; the step people miss is orienting the tubes at the bottom of the radiator so air cannot collect in the pump.

When will the 850 W Thermaltake Smart PSU need replacement?

The unit uses a Japanese main capacitor rated for long life; under normal loads it typically lasts well beyond the system’s useful lifespan, so plan replacement only if you upgrade to a significantly higher-wattage GPU.
