16-Core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D Workstation

This new mid-tower desktop pairs a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D processor with 128GB of DDR5 memory and a 4TB NVMe SSD. A 360mm liquid cooler keeps the CPU stable under sustained loads. The system ships with Windows 11 Pro and an 850W 80 PLUS Bronze power supply.

Creators and developers needing high thread counts

The 32 threads and large memory capacity suit video editing, 3D rendering and heavy multitasking. Buyers who want more than 8GB of video memory or who need multiple graphics cards should look at a different configuration.

128GB DDR5 and 4TB NVMe headroom

The memory kit fills four slots and leaves room to reach the motherboard’s 192GB limit. The Samsung 990 PRO drive delivers up to 7450 MB/s reads and 6900 MB/s writes, giving ample space and speed for active projects before additional drives are required.

Questions about this item

Does this system need any external peripherals such as a monitor, keyboard or mouse to operate?

The PC ships without a screen, so a separate monitor is required; a keyboard and mouse are also needed for initial Windows 11 Pro setup and daily use.

Can I keep using my existing SATA hard drives or SSDs inside the Corsair 4000D case?

Yes, the case provides two internal 3.5-inch bays and two 2.5-inch bays, and the PRIME X870-P motherboard includes two SATA 6Gb/s ports for additional drives.

How can I verify the 4TB Samsung 990 PRO is running at its advertised PCIe 4.0 speeds after assembly?

Open Task Manager or a benchmark tool and confirm sequential read speeds near 7450 MB/s and write speeds near 6900 MB/s, which match the drive's rated performance.
