Built for heavy creative and AI workloads

This desktop combines a 24-core Intel Core i9-14900K with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080 16GB GPU and 192GB of DDR5 memory. The specification targets professionals who need sustained multi-threaded compute for rendering, modelling and machine-learning training alongside high-resolution gaming capability.

Liquid cooling keeps the CPU stable under load

A 360mm quiet-edition AIO handles the 14900K while the Antec P20 case supplies three 120mm front fans and dust filters on every intake. The Thermaltake Toughpower 1000W 80 PLUS Gold unit delivers clean power with a 140mm low-noise fan and full protection circuitry.

Storage and connectivity are ready to expand

Two 4TB Samsung 990 PRO PCIe 4.0x4 drives provide up to 7450 MB/s reads and 6900 MB/s writes, complemented by a 10TB HDD with 256MB cache. The Z790 TUF motherboard adds Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, Intel 2.5Gb Ethernet, four M.2 slots, four SATA ports and a front-panel USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C connector.

Questions about this item

How is the 360 mm AIO liquid cooler installed and what step do people get wrong?

The cooler arrives pre-fitted to the LGA 1700 socket on the Z790 TUF board. The step users miss is connecting the pump tach cable to the CPU_FAN header so the BIOS can monitor flow.

What maintenance or replacement will the 10 TB HDD need later?

The 10 TB drive with 256 MB cache is a mechanical disk; plan to replace it after 3–5 years of heavy writes or if SMART reports reallocated sectors.

What limit shows up first under sustained load on the i9-14900K?

The 24-core CPU hits its 6.00 GHz turbo ceiling and the 360 mm AIO reaches thermal saturation before the 1000 W 80 PLUS Gold PSU or the RTX 5080 16 GB GPU throttle.
