Core Ultra 5 245K Liquid-Cooled Desktop

This new gaming desktop pairs a 14-core Intel Core Ultra 5 245K processor with a 240 mm liquid cooler, 32 GB of DDR5 memory and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 graphics card. Windows 11 Pro comes pre-installed on a 4 TB NVMe SSD alongside a 10 TB hard drive for bulk storage.

Upgrade Path From Air-Cooled Mid-Range Builds

The combination of liquid CPU cooling, a Z890 motherboard and high-speed DDR5 makes the jump worthwhile when current thermals throttle sustained workloads or when faster memory bandwidth is needed for creative applications. Buyers who only need basic 1080p gaming without heavy multitasking will not benefit from the extra headroom.

Installation Notes And Common Pitfalls

The system arrives fully assembled inside an Antec P20 mid-tower with tempered glass, so setup is limited to connecting peripherals and power. The motherboard provides four DDR5 slots for future expansion up to 192 GB. Builders who want additional 3.5-inch drives must check the two internal bays, and anyone adding a second graphics card should verify case clearance and power supply capacity first.

Questions about this item

Will the 240 mm liquid cooler fit inside the Antec P20 mid-tower case?

The Antec P20 measures 469 x 220 x 490 mm and the build uses a 240 mm Quiet Edition AIO cooler designed for this chassis.

How is the liquid cooler mounted on the LGA 1851 socket, and what step is often missed?

The cooler includes a backplate and mounting brackets for LGA 1851; the step people forget is removing the protective film from the cold-plate before securing the pump block.

When will the coolant in the 240 mm AIO need attention?

The sealed 240 mm Quiet Edition loop is maintenance-free for the life of the cooler; no refill or fluid change is required.
