Purpose-built workstation

This liquid-cooled desktop pairs a six-core Ryzen 5 9600X with an RTX 5070 Ti and 64GB of DDR5 memory. The 8TB NVMe array and 10TB hard drive give ample room for large media projects and game libraries. Windows 11 Pro ships pre-installed on the fast SSD.

Upgrade path

Builders moving from a four-core system or a previous-generation graphics card gain two extra CPU threads and 16GB of video memory. The jump is worth it when timeline scrubbing, shader compilation or 1440p gaming push the old hardware past its limits. The motherboard supports up to 192GB of RAM for future expansion.

Capacity and headroom

Dual 4TB Samsung 990 PRO drives deliver up to 7450 MB/s reads for asset loading, while the 10TB mechanical drive stores archives and backups. Four memory slots leave two free for doubling capacity. The 850W Bronze power supply and 240mm liquid cooler keep the CPU and GPU stable under sustained workloads.

Questions about this item

Will the 469 mm deep Antec P20 case fit on my desk?

The case measures 469 mm deep, 220 mm wide and 490 mm high; allow a few centimetres extra at the rear for cable routing and the 140 mm PSU fan exhaust.

Which cable do I plug into the 240 mm AIO pump header on the PRIME X870-P motherboard?

Connect the pump’s 3-pin or 4-pin lead to the CPU_OPT or AIO_PUMP header near the AM5 socket, not the standard CPU_FAN header, so the cooler runs at full speed.

When should I plan to replace the 850 W Thermaltake Smart PSU?

The 80 PLUS Bronze unit uses a Japanese main capacitor rated for long life; under typical gaming loads expect 5 to 7 years before preventive replacement is advisable.
