Purpose-built workstation desktop

This Adamant Custom mid-tower desktop pairs an eight-core AMD Ryzen 7 9700X processor with 192GB of DDR5 memory and a 4TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe drive. Integrated Radeon graphics drive display outputs through HDMI and two USB4 ports. The system ships with Windows 11 Pro installed and includes Wi-Fi 7 plus Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity.

Compatibility checklist

Verify that your monitors accept HDMI or USB4 video inputs because no discrete graphics card is installed. The motherboard provides four M.2 slots, two SATA ports and multiple USB headers for additional storage or peripherals. The 750W 80 PLUS Bronze power supply uses standard ATX cabling, and the case measures 477 by 220 by 486 millimetres for desk-space planning.

Upgrade context

This configuration replaces a system that relied on lower memory capacity, slower storage or air cooling alone. The jump is worthwhile when workloads demand 192GB of DDR5 for large datasets, the 7450 MB/s sequential read speed of the 990 PRO, and a 240mm liquid cooler that keeps the 9700X near its 5.50 GHz boost. Buyers who need discrete GPU compute or multiple graphics outputs should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Does the system ship with a dedicated graphics card or do I need to buy one separately?

The PC uses the Ryzen 7 9700X integrated Radeon graphics via HDMI and two USB4 ports; no discrete GPU is included.

Is the 192 GB DDR5 the maximum this motherboard supports or can I add more later?

The PRIME X870-P board maxes out at 192 GB across its four slots, so the fitted kit already reaches the limit.

What real-world throughput can I expect from the 4 TB Samsung 990 PRO once it is inside the PC?

Sequential reads reach 7 450 MB/s and writes 6 900 MB/s over the PCIe 4.0 x4 link.
