Eight-core Ryzen 7 desktop

The Adamant Custom tower ships new with an AMD Ryzen 7 9700X processor at 3.8 GHz, 32 GB of DDR5 memory and a 1 TB NVMe SSD. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed on a 240 mm liquid-cooled platform built around an X870 motherboard.

Integrated Radeon graphics only

The system relies on the processor’s built-in Radeon graphics, delivering video through HDMI and two USB4 ports. No discrete graphics card is fitted, so the machine suits office work, development or light media tasks but not modern 3D gaming or GPU compute workloads.

Standard ATX build with four memory slots

The Corsair 4000D case holds an ATX board with four DDR5 slots, leaving room to reach the 192 GB maximum. A 750 W 80 PLUS Bronze unit powers the platform; builders adding a discrete card later must verify length clearance and power-headroom themselves.

Questions about this item

What real-world speed does the 8-core Ryzen 7 9700X hit when all cores are loaded?

The processor runs at a 3.8 GHz base clock and can boost up to 5.50 GHz across its 8 cores and 16 threads, so sustained multi-core workloads stay near the top of that range.

How fast can the USB4 ports on the X870 motherboard actually move data?

Each USB4 port is rated at 40 Gbps, so external SSDs or docks will be limited by that ceiling rather than the older 10 Gbps or 5 Gbps headers also present on the board.

Will a standard ATX power supply fit the Corsair 4000D case if I want to upgrade later?

Yes, the case accepts ATX power supplies and the included Thermaltake Smart 750W unit follows that form factor, so any other ATX PSU will mount without modification.
