Custom workstation for modelling and AI

This desktop combines an eight-core AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor with 128 GB of DDR5 memory and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics card. The system ships with Windows 11 Pro and a 240 mm liquid cooler to keep the CPU stable during long rendering or training sessions. It is built for professionals who need a single machine that handles both creative workloads and gaming.

Sustained load behaviour

The 1200 W 80 PLUS Gold power supply and the 240 mm quiet-edition AIO cooler are designed to maintain performance over extended periods rather than short bursts. A 140 mm low-noise fan on the power supply and the liquid loop work together to manage thermals while keeping acoustic output low. This cooling arrangement supports continuous compute tasks without thermal throttling.

128 GB DDR5 capacity decides fit

The motherboard provides four memory slots with a maximum supported capacity of 192 GB, so the installed 128 GB kit leaves room for future expansion if workloads grow. Buyers who need more than 192 GB of system memory will need a different platform.

Questions about this item

How loud and hot does the 240mm liquid cooler keep the Ryzen 7 9800X3D under sustained load?

The 240mm Quiet Edition AIO uses a 140mm low-noise fan and a 1200W Gold PSU with its own quiet 140mm fan, so both CPU and power supply stay cool without audible turbine noise during long sessions.

Which display cables and monitor inputs do I need to use the RTX 5070 Ti 16GB straight away?

The graphics card uses a standard PCI Express x16 slot and provides modern DisplayPort and HDMI outputs; any monitor with those inputs and a matching cable will work immediately.

Will my existing SATA SSDs and 3.5-inch hard drives fit inside the Corsair 4000D case alongside the 10TB drive?

Yes, the case has two internal 3.5-inch bays and two 2.5-inch bays plus four SATA 6Gb/s ports on the motherboard, so extra SATA drives install without adapters.
