System purpose

This desktop pairs an 8-core AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor with 192GB DDR5 memory and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 Ti graphics card. The combination targets professionals who need workstation-grade multi-threaded throughput and gamers who want high frame rates at 1440p resolution. A 1TB NVMe drive handles the operating system and active projects while a 10TB hard drive stores large media libraries.

Before ordering

Verify that your workspace can accommodate a chassis measuring 490mm deep, 239mm wide and 486mm high. The motherboard provides rear USB4 ports at 40Gbps, USB 10Gbps and USB 5Gbps connections plus 2.5Gb Ethernet and Wi-Fi 7 wireless. Internal expansion relies on four M.2 slots, two SATA ports and two 3.5-inch drive bays already occupied by the installed storage.

Build and daily use

A Corsair 4000D tempered-glass case houses a 240mm liquid cooler and an 850W 80 Plus Bronze power supply with a 140mm fan. Front-panel I/O includes one USB 3.2 Type-C port, two USB 3.2 Gen1 ports and a combined audio jack. The system ships with Windows 11 Pro 64-bit pre-installed and runs on an ASUS Prime X870-P motherboard with Realtek 7.1 surround audio.

Questions about this item

Does the PC ship with the 1TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe and 10TB HDD already installed, or must I add storage myself?

Both drives come factory-fitted — the 1TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe and the 10TB HDD with 256MB cache are pre-installed, so no extra storage purchase is required.

The motherboard has four DDR5 slots and 192GB is the maximum — is the 192GB kit the only capacity that fills every slot?

Yes, the 192GB DDR5 kit occupies all four slots and reaches the board's 192GB limit; smaller kits would leave slots empty and headroom unused.

With the RTX 5060 Ti 8GB and Ryzen 7 9800X3D boosting to 5.20 GHz, what frame-rate can I expect at 1440p in modern titles?

The 8GB RTX 5060 Ti paired with the 8-core 9800X3D at up to 5.20 GHz delivers high-refresh 1440p performance in current games, with the 96MB L3 cache helping minimum frame rates.
