Built for CAD modelling and AI learning

This business desktop pairs an eight-core AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor with 192 GB of DDR5 memory and an Nvidia RTX PRO 2000 Blackwell graphics card. The combination targets engineers and researchers who need high single-thread frequency and professional GPU drivers for SolidWorks and machine-learning workloads.

Storage and connectivity upgrades

A 4 TB NVMe SSD rated at 7450 MB/s read and 6900 MB/s write handles active project files, while a 10 TB hard drive with 256 MB cache stores archives. The motherboard adds two USB4 ports at 40 Gbps, three USB 10 Gbps ports, four USB 5 Gbps ports, Wi-Fi 7 and 2.5 Gb Ethernet for fast peripheral and network links.

Check power and case clearance

The system draws power from an 850 W 80 PLUS Bronze supply and relies on a 240 mm liquid cooler mounted in a Corsair 4000D chassis measuring 490 mm deep by 239 mm wide by 486 mm high. Verify that your workspace accommodates these dimensions and that the PSU connectors match any additional hardware you plan to install.

Questions about this item

Will the 850 W PSU need replacement before other parts?

The Thermaltake Smart 850 W 80 PLUS Bronze unit uses a Japanese main capacitor and a 140 mm ultra-quiet fan; typical service life exceeds five years under normal workstation loads.

What component hits its limit first during long renders?

The Ryzen 7 9800X3D 8-core CPU reaches its 5.20 GHz boost ceiling and 96 MB L3 cache capacity before the 192 GB DDR5 or RTX PRO 2000 16 GB GPU saturate.

How loud and hot does the liquid cooler get after hours of load?

The 240 mm Quiet Edition AIO and PSU 140 mm fan keep noise low; CPU temperature stays within AM5 thermal limits during sustained workloads.
