Workstation Desktop for Modelling and AI

This desktop combines an 8-core AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor with 192GB DDR5 memory and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 32GB GPU. It runs Windows 11 Pro on a PRIME X870-P motherboard with a 1TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe drive. A 240mm liquid cooler and 1200W 80 PLUS Gold PSU support sustained workloads.

Suits 3D Rendering and Machine Learning Not Light

The configuration targets professionals running modelling, video editing, rendering and AI learning tasks that demand high core counts, large VRAM and fast memory bandwidth. Buyers who only need web browsing, document work or casual gaming will not use the available compute and graphics resources.

192GB DDR5 Maximum Memory Decides Fit

The motherboard supports a maximum of 192GB DDR5 across four slots and this build populates the full capacity. If your applications require more system memory than this limit you must choose a different platform.

Questions about this item

Will the 240 mm liquid cooler need refilling or pump replacement down the line?

The 240 mm Quiet Edition AIO is a sealed unit; no refilling is required, and the pump is rated for continuous operation under the 1200 W PSU load.

What thermal limit will the Ryzen 7 9800X3D hit first during an all-day render?

The CPU boosts to 5.20 GHz with 96 MB L3 cache, and the 240 mm AIO is sized to keep temperatures below the processor’s thermal ceiling under sustained multi-core load.

How loud is the 140 mm PSU fan when the RTX 5090 and CPU run flat-out for hours?

The Thermaltake Toughpower 1200 W Gold unit uses an ultra-quiet 140 mm fan that stays at low noise even when the GPU and CPU draw peak power.
