Workstation desktop with Ryzen 7 9800X3D

This business desktop ships new with an eight-core AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor reaching 4.7 GHz and 96 MB L3 cache, 64 GB of DDR5 memory, a 2 TB NVMe SSD and a 10 TB hard drive. Liquid cooling and an 850 W power supply support sustained workloads in a tempered-glass case.

64 GB DDR5 and dual-drive storage headroom

The 64 GB DDR5 configuration handles multi-application professional workflows and large datasets; the board supports up to 192 GB for future expansion. The 2 TB NVMe drive delivers up to 7450 MB/s read and 6900 MB/s write for active projects, while the 10 TB hard drive with 256 MB cache provides deep archival capacity.

Entry professional GPU upgrade path

The Nvidia RTX A400 with 4 GB and four Mini DisplayPort outputs drives up to four displays for visualisation and light compute tasks. Buyers who need more GPU memory or compute performance for rendering, simulation or AI training will need a higher-tier graphics card. The motherboard includes USB4 at 40 Gbps, USB 20 Gbps and Wi-Fi 7 connectivity for modern peripherals.

Questions about this item

Will the X870 motherboard and AM5 socket accept the DDR5 memory and Ryzen processor I already own?

The board uses the AM5 socket and supports DDR5 up to 192 GB, so existing AM5 CPUs and DDR5 modules will work.

How can I verify the liquid cooler and RTX A400 are running correctly after assembly?

Check CPU temperatures under load in BIOS or monitoring software and confirm the Nvidia driver detects the A400 with 4 GB VRAM across all four Mini DisplayPort outputs.

Which cables and accessories ship with the system and what must I source separately?

The PC includes the 850 W power supply, 240 mm AIO cooler, RGB fans, and Windows 11 Pro licence; you must provide a monitor, keyboard, mouse and any Mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort or HDMI adapters.
