Core Configuration

This Adamant Custom desktop is built around an 8-core AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor paired with 64 GB of DDR5 memory and a 4 TB NVMe SSD. A GeForce RTX 5070 graphics card with 12 GB of video memory handles rendering, while a 240 mm liquid cooler keeps the CPU stable under sustained loads. The system ships with Windows 11 Pro installed.

Target Buyer

Content creators and engineers who need strong single-thread performance plus ample memory for large datasets will benefit from the X3D cache and the 64 GB capacity. The four-slot motherboard supports upgrades to 192 GB if workloads grow. Buyers who only need mainstream gaming performance or who require multiple graphics cards for compute clusters should evaluate other platforms.

Deciding Specification

The single specification that decides fit is the GeForce RTX 5070 12 GB GPU; it determines whether the system can drive your target resolution and workload without a future graphics upgrade.

Questions about this item

How often should the liquid in the 240mm AIO cooler be checked or replaced?

The 240mm AIO Quiet Edition cooler is a sealed unit and does not require routine fluid checks or replacement under normal use.

What thermal or power limit is reached first when the Ryzen 7 9800X3D runs at 5.20 GHz boost for long periods?

The 850W 80 PLUS Bronze PSU and 240mm liquid cooler are sized for the 8-core CPU and RTX 5070; sustained boost is limited by the cooler's heat capacity before the power supply reaches its rating.

How loud is the 140mm PSU fan and the 120mm case fans when the system runs all day under load?

The Thermaltake Smart 850W PSU uses an ultra-quiet 140mm fan, the AIO is a Quiet Edition model, and three 120mm front fans provide airflow; noise stays low during extended operation.
