Ryzen 7 9800X3D workstation

This desktop pairs an eight-core AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics card in a liquid-cooled tower. It ships with Windows 11 Pro and targets professionals who need strong single-thread performance for modelling, editing and AI workloads. The system is built around a PRIME X870-P motherboard and a 1200W 80 PLUS Gold power supply.

192GB DDR5 and dual 4TB NVMe

Four memory slots are fully populated with 192GB of DDR5, reaching the board’s maximum supported capacity for large datasets and simultaneous virtual machines. Two Samsung 990 PRO 4TB drives provide 8TB of NVMe storage with sequential reads up to 7450 MB/sec and writes up to 6900 MB/sec. A 10TB hard drive adds bulk capacity for archives and media libraries.

PCI Express x16 graphics interface

The RTX 5070 Ti connects through a PCI Express x16 slot and carries 16GB of video memory for GPU-accelerated rendering and compute tasks. Rear I/O includes two USB4 ports at 40Gbps, one USB 10Gbps port, three USB 5Gbps ports and four USB 2.0 ports alongside Intel 2.5Gb Ethernet and Wi-Fi 7. Builders who need a second graphics card or more than four M.2 drives should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the 240 mm liquid cooler need its coolant topped up or the pump replaced during the life of this Ryzen 7 9800X3D system?

The 240 mm AIO is a sealed unit with no user-serviceable reservoir, so no coolant top-ups are required; the pump is rated for continuous operation and typically outlasts the warranty period of the complete PC.

Which component reaches its limit first when the RTX 5070 Ti and 8-core CPU run flat-out for hours?

The 1200 W 80 PLUS Gold PSU delivers ample headroom, so the first bound is the GPU’s 16 GB VRAM ceiling — once textures exceed that, the driver spills to system RAM and frame rates drop.

How loud and hot does the Antec P20 case get with three 120 mm front fans and the 140 mm PSU fan spinning all day?

The front trio and PSU fan run at low RPM under typical loads; the case stays near ambient temperature and acoustic output remains at a quiet background hum even during extended rendering sessions.
