12-Core Ryzen 9 9900X Workstation

This business desktop pairs a 12-core AMD Ryzen 9 9900X processor running at 4.4 GHz with a 240 mm liquid cooler. It ships with Windows 11 Pro 64-bit and includes 32 GB of DDR5 memory, a 2 TB NVMe SSD and a 10 TB hard drive for mixed workloads.

Professional Visualisation and Multi-Display Users

The Nvidia RTX A400 GPU offers 4 GB of VRAM and four Mini DisplayPort outputs, making it suitable for CAD, signage or multi-monitor office setups. Buyers who need higher GPU compute for rendering, simulation or AI training should consider a workstation with a larger professional graphics card.

2 TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe Boot Drive

The primary storage is a PCIe 4.0 x4 SSD rated for sequential reads up to 7450 MB/s and writes up to 6900 MB/s. This capacity and speed combination determines how quickly the operating system and active project files load.

Questions about this item

Will the 240 mm liquid cooler fit in the Corsair 4000D case with the X870 motherboard?

Yes. The case measures 490 x 239 x 486 mm and supports a 240 mm radiator at the front or top, so the supplied 240 mm AIO clears the X870-PLUS TUF board without interfering with the 32 GB DDR5 modules.

How do I mount the 240 mm AIO on the AM5 socket, and what step is often missed?

Use the AM5 mounting bracket included with the cooler, apply the pre-applied thermal paste or a pea-sized drop, then tighten the four spring screws in a cross pattern. The step people miss is removing the plastic cover from the cold-plate before installation.

What maintenance will the liquid cooler and the 10 TB HDD need later?

The sealed 240 mm AIO is maintenance-free for its service life; only dust the 140 mm radiator fans periodically. The 10 TB HDD with 256 MB cache has no user-serviceable parts — keep backups current and replace the drive if SMART errors appear.
