High-capacity workstation desktop

The Adamant Custom system pairs a 12-core AMD Ryzen 9 9900X3D processor with 128GB of DDR5 memory, an 8TB NVMe array and a 10TB hard drive. A GeForce RTX 5080 with 16GB of video memory handles graphics workloads. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed in a liquid-cooled tower chassis.

Suited to modelling and AI tasks

This configuration targets professionals who need large local datasets and GPU acceleration for rendering or machine-learning work. The 192GB memory ceiling and four DIMM slots allow future expansion. Buyers who only require mainstream gaming performance or a smaller storage footprint should consider a less specialised build.

128GB DDR5 memory capacity

The installed 128GB kit fills every slot on the X870 motherboard, delivering the high bandwidth needed for large-scale editing and AI learning workloads. Any upgrade beyond this point requires replacing modules rather than adding to them.

Questions about this item

What DDR5 memory speed does this system ship with so I know which kits I already own are compatible?

The board supports DDR5 up to the platform maximum of 192 GB total capacity; the 128 GB kit installed runs at the standard DDR5 data rate for the Ryzen 9 9900X3D, so any DDR5 modules you keep must match that generation and voltage.

Will the X870 motherboard let me reuse my older SATA SSDs and 3.5-inch hard drives?

Yes, the TUF X870-PLUS provides two SATA 6Gb/s ports and the CoolerMaster HAF 500 case includes two internal 3.5-inch bays, so existing SATA drives can be connected and mounted directly.

How can I confirm the RTX 5080 is running at PCIe 4.0 x16 after I build the system?

Open GPU-Z or the NVIDIA control panel and verify the bus interface reads PCIe 4.0 x16; the motherboard's primary slot is wired for that link width and the RTX 5080 16 GB will negotiate it automatically.
