System Purpose

This desktop pairs a 12-core AMD Ryzen 9 9900X3D processor with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080 graphics card and 192GB of DDR5 memory. It is built for professionals who run modelling, video editing, rendering or AI learning workloads and also want high-end gaming performance in a single tower.

Who It Suits

The configuration suits creators and engineers who need large memory capacity and fast NVMe storage for complex projects. Buyers who only need a standard gaming rig or who require multiple additional graphics cards for compute clusters should look at alternative platforms.

Deciding Specification

The motherboard provides four memory slots and supports a maximum of 192GB of DDR5, which is already populated in this build. If your workflow demands more than 192GB of system memory, this chassis and board cannot accommodate it.

Questions about this item

Will the AM5 socket on the PRIME X870-P motherboard accept my existing AM4 CPU cooler?

No, the AM5 socket uses a different mounting pattern so an AM4 cooler cannot be fitted. The system already includes a 240 mm liquid cooler for the Ryzen 9 9900X3D.

How can I verify the Samsung 990 PRO SSDs are running at PCIe 4.0 speeds after setup?

Check the drive properties in Windows or run a benchmark; each 4 TB drive should show sequential reads up to 7450 MB/s and writes up to 6900 MB/s.

What comes in the box and which items must I purchase separately?

The tower, 192 GB DDR5, 8 TB NVMe storage, RTX 5080 16 GB GPU, 240 mm liquid cooler, 1000 W PSU, Windows 11 Pro, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth are included; monitor, keyboard, mouse and any extra drives are not.
