12-Core Ryzen 9 Workstation

The Adamant Custom desktop pairs a 12-core Ryzen 9 9900X3D processor with an RTX 5080 graphics card and 64GB of DDR5 memory. A 4TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe drive provides fast storage for large project files. The system ships with Windows 11 Pro and a 240mm liquid cooler in a mid-tower chassis.

Professionals handling modelling.

This configuration suits users who need high multi-threaded CPU performance alongside strong GPU compute for rendering or machine learning tasks. Buyers who only require lighter office applications or casual gaming will find the specification excessive for their needs.

AM5 motherboard with four DDR5 slots

The TUF X870-PLUS board offers four memory slots with a maximum supported capacity of 192GB, so the installed 64GB kit leaves room for expansion. Verify that your peripherals can use the rear USB4, 10Gbps and 5Gbps ports, and that your network infrastructure can take advantage of the 2.5Gb Ethernet and Wi-Fi 7 connectivity.

Questions about this item

What motherboard socket must my existing AM5 cooler match to fit the Ryzen 9 9900X3D?

The CPU uses the AM5 socket, so any cooler you keep must list AM5 mounting support.

Will my current SATA 6Gb/s SSDs or hard drives work with the TUF X870-PLUS motherboard?

Yes, the board provides two SATA 6Gb/s ports for legacy drives.

How can I verify the Samsung 990 PRO is running at PCIe 4.0 x4 speeds after build?

Check the drive in Task Manager or CrystalDiskMark; sequential reads near 7450 MB/s and writes near 6900 MB/s confirm full PCIe 4.0 x4 operation.
