12-Core Liquid-Cooled Workstation

The Adamant Custom desktop pairs a 12-core AMD Ryzen 9 9900X3D processor with a Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics card. A 240 mm liquid cooler keeps the CPU at 4.4 GHz base speed under sustained loads. The system targets professionals and enthusiasts who need workstation-class multi-threaded performance in a desktop form factor.

32GB DDR5 and 1TB Samsung 990 PRO SSD

Four memory slots hold 32 GB of DDR5 today and support up to 192 GB for future expansion. The included Samsung 990 PRO drive delivers sequential reads up to 7450 MB/s and writes up to 6900 MB/s over PCIe 4.0 x4. Windows 11 Pro 64-bit ships pre-installed with no bloatware.

X870 TUF Motherboard with USB4 and Wi-Fi 7

The TUF X870-PLUS board provides two USB4 ports at 40 Gbps, three USB 10 Gbps ports and four USB 5 Gbps ports alongside Intel 2.5 Gb Ethernet and Wi-Fi 7 2x2 connectivity. Four M.2 connectors and two SATA 6 Gbps ports allow additional storage without adapter cards. The 850 W 80 PLUS Bronze PSU powers the complete build.

Questions about this item

Will the 240 mm liquid cooler need refilling or pump replacement later?

The 240 mm Quiet Edition AIO is a sealed loop with no user-serviceable parts; it is designed to run for the life of the system without refilling.

What thermal limit appears first when the Ryzen 9 9900X3D runs at 5.50 GHz all day?

The CPU’s 128 MB L3 cache and 12-core design push heat into the 240 mm radiator, so coolant temperature becomes the limiting factor before the 850 W PSU reaches capacity.

How loud is the 140 mm front fan pair and the PSU fan when the Radeon RX 9070 XT is under full load?

The case uses two 140 mm PWM Aspect fans and the Thermaltake Smart 850 W Bronze unit has an ultra-quiet 140 mm fan, both ramping only as needed for the 16 GB GPU load.
