Workstation PC for engineering modelling

This Adamant Custom desktop pairs a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X processor with 128GB of DDR5 memory and an Nvidia RTX A2000 graphics card. The system ships with Windows 11 Pro installed and uses a 360mm liquid cooler on the CPU.

Suits CAD and simulation workloads.

The professional GPU and large memory capacity match SolidWorks, CAM and CAE tasks that rely on certified drivers and ECC-like stability. Buyers who need more GPU memory for complex visualisation or GPU compute clusters should look at a different configuration.

128GB DDR5 memory capacity

Four slots are populated to reach 128GB with a maximum supported limit of 192GB. This capacity decides whether the workstation can hold large assemblies and simulation datasets in memory without paging to the 4TB NVMe SSD or 10TB hard drive.

Questions about this item

Will the 360 mm liquid cooler keep the Ryzen 9 9950X from throttling during long renders?

The 360 mm Quiet Edition AIO is sized for the 16-core CPU and moves heat away from the socket continuously, so sustained workloads stay within thermal limits.

How loud is the system when the RTX A2000 and CPU run flat-out all day?

The 140 mm PSU fan and Quiet Edition pump are both rated for low noise, so acoustic output remains modest even under continuous load.

Does the motherboard need any extra parts before the 128 GB DDR5 kit will post?

The TUF X870-PLUS board ships with four DDR5 slots populated, so the memory works immediately without additional modules.
