Core Specification

This Adamant Custom desktop is a liquid-cooled AMD Ryzen 9 9950X workstation with 128GB DDR5 memory and a 4TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe SSD. It ships with Windows 11 Pro on a PRIME X870-P motherboard inside a Corsair 4000D mid-tower case.

Target Buyer

The 16-core CPU and large DDR5 capacity suit content creators and developers who need multi-threaded throughput today. Buyers who require a discrete graphics card for 3D rendering or gaming should look elsewhere because the system relies on integrated AMD Radeon graphics only.

Deciding Spec

The sole graphics output comes from the processor's integrated AMD Radeon engine driving HDMI and two USB4 ports. If your workflow demands a dedicated GPU, this configuration will not meet that need.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 128GB DDR5 configuration or upgrade to the 192GB maximum?

The system ships with 128GB DDR5 across four slots, leaving no empty slots for simple expansion. Reaching 192GB would require replacing all modules, so stay with 128GB unless your workloads already exceed that capacity.

What does the Ryzen 9 9950X 5.70 GHz boost actually deliver in this build?

The 16-core CPU can hit 5.70 GHz on lightly threaded tasks while the 240mm liquid cooler keeps thermals in check, giving strong single-thread speed for gaming and 32 threads for heavy rendering.

How fast is the USB4 40Gbps port on the X870 motherboard?

Each of the two rear USB4 ports runs at 40Gbps, supporting display output, PCIe 4.0 tunnelling and high-speed storage without sharing bandwidth with the 10Gbps or 5Gbps ports.
