16-Core Liquid-Cooled Workstation

This desktop pairs a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X processor with a 240 mm liquid cooler and 32 GB of DDR5 memory. The X870 motherboard provides USB4 and Wi-Fi 7 connectivity. It ships with Windows 11 Pro installed and is aimed at creators and gamers who need strong multi-threaded performance in a mid-tower chassis.

32 GB DDR5 and 4 TB NVMe Storage

The system includes 32 GB of high-performance DDR5 RAM across four slots, with headroom to expand up to 192 GB. A 4 TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe drive delivers read speeds up to 7450 MB/s and write speeds up to 6900 MB/s. The 850 W Bronze-rated power supply supports the Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics card and leaves limited overhead for additional high-wattage components.

Upgrade From Older AM4 or Entry AM5 Builds

Moving from an AM4 platform or a lower-tier AM5 CPU adds 16 cores, DDR5 bandwidth and PCIe 4.0 storage performance in one step. The jump is worthwhile when current workloads hit core-count or memory-ceiling limits. Buyers who need more than 4 TB of fast storage or multiple GPUs should look at larger chassis and higher-capacity power supplies.

Questions about this item

Will my existing 3.5-inch mechanical drives fit inside the Corsair 4000D case alongside the 4TB Samsung 990 PRO?

Yes — the chassis provides two internal 3.5-inch bays and two 2.5-inch bays, so your current drives can be installed without removing the factory NVMe SSD.

How can I verify the liquid cooler is keeping the Ryzen 9 9950X within its thermal limits once the system is running?

Monitor CPU temperatures in Windows 11 Pro using any hardware-monitoring utility; the 240 mm Quiet Edition AIO is designed to handle the 16-core processor up to its 5.70 GHz boost.

Which accessories ship in the box and which items must I supply myself?

The desktop arrives fully assembled with the Corsair 4000D case, X870 motherboard, 32 GB DDR5, 4 TB NVMe SSD, Radeon RX 9070 XT 16 GB GPU, 850 W PSU, liquid cooler and Windows 11 Pro — only a monitor, keyboard and mouse are needed separately.
