Adamant Custom Ryzen 9 9950X Gaming Desktop

This desktop is a new tower system built for high-end gaming and media workstation tasks. It runs Windows 11 Pro on an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X processor with 16 cores and 32 threads. A 360 mm liquid cooler manages CPU thermals inside a Corsair 4000D tempered glass case.

Suits creators needing large fast storage

The 8 TB NVMe array and 10 TB hard drive give ample space for project files and game libraries. Buyers who need more than 64 GB of memory or a different GPU tier should look at other configurations. The motherboard supports up to 192 GB total across four slots.

Radeon RX 9070 XT 12 GB graphics card

The installed GPU provides 12 GB of video memory and drives the system's VR-ready capability. It connects to a Thermaltake Smart 850W 80 PLUS Bronze power supply. Rear I/O includes two USB4 ports at 40 Gbps, Intel 2.5 Gb Ethernet and Wi-Fi 7 wireless.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 8 TB NVMe or the 10 TB HDD for my main games library?

The two 4 TB Samsung 990 PRO drives give up to 7450 MB/s reads for fast loads, while the 10 TB HDD adds bulk capacity at mechanical speeds.

What does the Ryzen 9 9950X boost clock of 5.70 GHz mean in daily use?

The 16-core CPU can hit 5.70 GHz on light threads for snappy response, while the 360 mm liquid cooler keeps sustained all-core speeds high.

How fast are the rear USB4 ports on the PRIME X870-P motherboard?

Both USB4 Type-C ports run at 40 Gbps, so compatible NVMe enclosures or docks can transfer near the drive's own PCIe 4.0 limits.
