Workstation PC Ryzen 9 9950X 96GB

This desktop pairs a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X processor with 96GB of DDR5 memory and an Nvidia RTX PRO 4000 Blackwell GPU holding 24GB of video memory. A 4TB NVMe drive and a 10TB hard drive provide fast primary storage and deep archival capacity. The system ships with Windows 11 Pro and a 360mm liquid cooler in a mid-tower case.

Suits CAD and simulation workloads not gamers

Engineers running SolidWorks, CAM or CAE packages gain the core count, memory bandwidth and professional driver stack those applications expect. Buyers who only play games do not need the workstation-class GPU or the 96GB memory configuration and should look at a consumer-oriented build.

GPU VRAM 24GB decides fit

The RTX PRO 4000 Blackwell card includes 24GB of video memory, which determines whether large assemblies, high-resolution textures or GPU-accelerated render jobs fit without paging to system RAM. If your typical scene exceeds that buffer, you will need a card with more VRAM; if it fits, this workstation meets the requirement.

Questions about this item

How loud does the 360 mm liquid cooler and 140 mm PSU fan run under sustained load?

The 360 mm Quiet Edition AIO and the Thermaltake 850 W PSU with its 140 mm low-noise fan are both designed for quiet operation during long workstation sessions.

Which display cables and monitor inputs are needed to use the RTX PRO 4000 24 GB GPU?

The card provides four DisplayPort outputs, so you will need a monitor with DisplayPort input and matching cables; no HDMI or USB-C video ports are present on this GPU.

Will my existing SATA SSDs and 3.5-inch hard drives fit inside the Corsair 4000D case alongside the installed 10 TB drive?

Yes, the case includes two 3.5-inch and two 2.5-inch internal bays, and the motherboard offers four SATA 6 Gb/s ports for additional drives.
