16-core liquid-cooled workstation

This desktop pairs a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X processor with 96GB DDR5 memory and a GeForce RTX 5070 graphics card. A 360mm liquid cooler keeps the CPU quiet under sustained loads. The system ships with Windows 11 Pro installed and is built for creators and gamers who need high multi-thread performance.

Dual 4TB Samsung 990 PRO drives

Two M.2 NVMe SSDs combine for 8TB of fast storage with sequential reads up to 7450 MB/s and writes up to 6900 MB/s. The motherboard provides four M.2 slots in total, leaving room for future expansion. Integrated 7.1-channel audio, Intel 2.5Gb Ethernet and Wi-Fi 7 connectivity are included on the rear I/O panel.

Check AM5 cooler clearance and PSU cables

The 360mm radiator requires a case with sufficient top or front mounting space; verify your chassis supports this length. The Thermaltake Smart 850W 80 PLUS Bronze unit uses fixed cables, so confirm the 12VHPWR or PCIe connectors match the RTX 5070 requirements. Four DDR5 slots are populated, so any memory upgrade means replacing modules.

Questions about this item

Will the 360 mm AIO liquid cooler need its coolant replaced or the pump serviced during the life of this PC?

The 360 mm Quiet Edition AIO is a sealed unit with no user-serviceable parts; coolant replacement or pump servicing is not required under normal use.

What component reaches its thermal or power ceiling first when the Ryzen 9 9950X and RTX 5070 run flat-out for hours?

The 850 W 80 PLUS Bronze PSU sets the overall power ceiling; sustained full-load draw from the 16-core CPU at up to 5.70 GHz and the 12 GB GPU will approach this limit before thermal throttling occurs.

How loud is the 140 mm PSU fan and the AIO radiator fans when the system runs all day under heavy load?

The Thermaltake Smart 850 W uses an ultra-quiet 140 mm fan rated for low noise, and the 360 mm Quiet Edition AIO is designed for minimal acoustic output during continuous operation.
