16-Core Ryzen 9 Workstation

This desktop combines a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X processor with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 graphics card. It ships with 64GB of DDR5 memory and a 1TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe SSD. A 240mm liquid cooler and 850W power supply support sustained workloads in a Corsair 4000D tower case.

Creators and multi-taskers; not for pure GPU scale

The 16-core CPU and 64GB RAM suit video editing, 3D rendering, compilation and heavy multitasking. The single RTX 5060 with 8GB VRAM limits buyers who need more graphics memory for large scene rendering, high-resolution texture work or multi-GPU compute scaling. Those requiring greater GPU headroom should consider a different configuration.

64GB DDR5 and 1TB NVMe headroom

Four memory slots hold 64GB today and support up to 192GB total for future expansion. The PCIe 4.0 SSD delivers up to 7450 MB/s read and 6900 MB/s write speeds, handling large project files and OS duties comfortably. Storage grows via two additional M.2 slots and two 3.5-inch plus two 2.5-inch drive bays.

Questions about this item

What motherboard socket does the Ryzen 9 9950X require so I can confirm my cooler fits?

The processor uses the AM5 socket and the included 240 mm liquid cooler is mounted for that platform.

Will the X870 TUF motherboard run my existing SATA SSDs and hard drives?

Yes, the board provides two SATA 6 Gb/s ports for legacy drives alongside four M.2 slots.

How can I verify the Samsung 990 PRO is delivering its rated PCIe 4.0 speeds after Windows loads?

Open Task Manager, select the Performance tab, choose the 1 TB NVMe drive and confirm sequential read and write figures approach 7450 and 6900 MB/s.
