A liquid-cooled tower with a 16-core Ryzen 9 9950X, RTX 5070 graphics, 32 GB DDR5, 1 TB NVMe and 10 TB HDD for high-end gaming and media work
This desktop is built around a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X processor and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 graphics card with 12GB of video memory. It targets creators and gamers who need high multi-threaded throughput and modern GPU features in a single tower. The 32GB of DDR5 memory and 1TB NVMe boot drive support demanding workloads from the moment it arrives.
The Gigabyte X870 Eagle motherboard provides USB4 Type-C ports, USB 3.2 Gen 2 and Gen 1 connections, plus four USB 2.0 ports on the rear panel. Internal headers add another Type-C port, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 and four USB 2.0 headers. Networking is handled by Intel 2.5Gb Ethernet and Wi-Fi 7 2x2 wireless. The 850W 80 PLUS Bronze power supply sets the ceiling for total system draw.
Four memory slots allow expansion up to 192GB of DDR5 when projects outgrow the factory 32GB. Two 3.5-inch and two 2.5-inch drive bays sit empty beside the installed 10TB hard drive and 1TB NVMe SSD. Three M.2 connectors on the board support further solid-state additions. Builders who need a second graphics card or more than 850W of power will need a different platform.

Use the 1TB NVMe Samsung 990 PRO for the operating system and the titles you play most often — its 7450 MB/s read speed keeps load times short. Keep the 10TB HDD for bulk storage, backups and less-frequently played games.
The 16-core CPU can hit 5.70 GHz on lightly threaded game code, keeping the RTX 5070 fed at 1440p or 4K. In heavily threaded titles all 32 threads share the 64 MB L3 cache, so minimum frame rates stay consistent.
The drive is limited to PCIe 4.0 x4 bandwidth, so its 7450 MB/s read and 6900 MB/s write speeds are the practical ceiling — a PCIe 5.0 slot would not raise them further.
