Ready-to-run workstation for AI and rendering

This system ships with Windows 11 Pro installed on a 2TB NVMe drive and pairs a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X with 192GB DDR5 memory. The Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080 provides 16GB VRAM for GPU-accelerated workloads. A 10TB hard drive adds bulk storage for project archives.

PCIe 4.0 SSD ceiling and single-GPU layout

The Samsung 990 PRO connects through a PCIe 4.0 x4 link with sequential reads up to 7450 MB/s and writes up to 6900 MB/s. The motherboard offers four M.2 connectors but only one x16 slot wired for the installed RTX 5080. Rear I/O includes two USB4 ports at 40Gbps and Intel 2.5Gb Ethernet.

Verify case clearance

The 360mm liquid cooler and triple-slot graphics card sit inside an Antec P20 mid-tower measuring 469 x 220 x 490 mm. A Thermaltake Toughpower 1200W 80 PLUS Gold unit powers the build. Buyers planning additional drives should confirm the two internal 3.5-inch bays and 2.5-inch mounts meet their expansion needs.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 192 GB DDR5 kit or leave room for later upgrades?

The board has four slots and the 192 GB kit already fills them all, so there is no space left for additional modules.

What does the 5.70 GHz boost clock on the 16-core Ryzen 9 9950X mean for rendering workloads?

It lets each of the 16 cores hit 5.70 GHz for short bursts, shortening single-threaded compile or encode steps while the 360 mm liquid cooler keeps sustained multi-core speeds high.

How fast can the Samsung 990 PRO 2 TB drive actually move data over its PCIe 4.0 x4 link?

Sequential reads reach 7450 MB/s and writes 6900 MB/s, which is the practical ceiling of the 4.0 x4 interface used by this M.2 slot.
